"The moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnified world in itself." Henry Miller
We're all born with the ability to act. Most of us have walked away from being a child. We've been taught it's not ok to speak out of turn, color outside the lines, to dream, to scream, to say what we mean, to make up stories, to make tricks. I've always been on a journey back to being a child. I like to punch holes through the universe. I've always been inspired by the underdogs. I've always believed there's another level to reach. Quietude, poetry, dancing, singing, life, sensuality, fire, and the endless imagination of the heart - these are the things I'm looking for. Something greater. There's always a scintilla of magic in the present moment. That's where I work. That's the kind of artist I am. That's the kind of human I'm rediscovering.
